Italian Themed Buffets & Pasta Bars - Chattanoooga Events

Catering Cart takes our Italian catering and wedding pasta bars seriously for a variety of reasons. For starters, who doesn't love Italian food? So many beautiful choices that can be incorporated in cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres with Aperol Spritz or another fun Italian inspired cocktail.  Next, charcuterie is all the rage and there is no one that does it better than Italians. A clean and beautiful display of meats and cheeses paired with ricotta and honey and crusty breads for a delicious cocktail hour that people will wish lasted far more than an hour.  Lastly, one of our owners is 100% Italian so we love to show off their authentic family recipes straight from Napoli (Naples) and the Calabrian and Sicilian regions of Italy. 

Our sauces are all homemade and our recipes are all made of fresh ingredients for our hors d'oeuvres and buffets perfect for any wedding or event.
